Christopher K. Collins – Managing Director

Mr. Collins, was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu and holds diplomas from both Kailua High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With more than 15 years of experience in property and project management, Chris is a seasoned professional who is ready to share his extensive knowledge with his clients.

Chris spent over a decade in the world of property management, gaining invaluable insights along the way. From serving as a site/resident manager for an individual association, to overseeing a vast portfolio of more than 20 condominium associations (AOAO/AOUO), community associations (HOA), and cooperatives (Coop), he has seen it all. Throughout his property management career, Chris focused on collaborating closely with Boards of Directors to spearhead major capital rehabilitation projects. These initiatives involved renovating buildings and associations with significant deferred maintenance, requiring multimillion-dollar renovations and comprehensive short and long-term budget planning.

Throughout this tenure, Chris has been involved with or has overseen a wide range of capital improvement projects, including roofing repair and replacement, drain waste and vent replacement, exterior spalling repair, interior and exterior painting, lanai repairs, window repairs/replacement, railing repair/replacement, asphalt repaving, seal coating and restriping, pool renovations, door repair/replacement, garage repair, potable waterline replacement, leak detection and repair using epoxy or hydrophobic foam injection, solar/PV installation, booster and circulation pump replacement, HVAC repair and replacement, backflow preventer installation and testing, as well as trash chute repair and replacement.
